Does Willow train AI on my data?
No. We use AI to generate content drafts based on your Blueprint, but your data is never used to train underlying language models. This is a contractual guarantee.
Where is my data stored?
All data is processed and stored in EU-based data centres, in full compliance with GDPR and Belgian data protection law.
Who has access to my social media accounts?
Only your assigned Willow team members, with role-based permissions and two-factor authentication. Access is revoked immediately when a team member changes.
How do you handle confidential client information?
Your Blueprint may contain information about your firm's positioning, but we never require confidential client files. All data is isolated per client with zero cross-access.
Can I get a Data Processing Agreement?
Absolutely. We provide a standard DPA that covers all data processing activities. Contact us and we'll send it over.
