Willow Agency is the result of years spent running social media for professional service firms, building the technology to do it better, and assembling a team with the rare combination of deep marketing practice and genuine scientific AI expertise.

What we bring

We've been in the social media trenches longer than most.

Before Willow Agency existed in its current form, we ran social media agencies. We sat in quarterly reviews with managing partners and explained why their LinkedIn presence mattered. We coached marketing coordinators at accounting firms on how to turn a tax deadline into a post that actually resonated. We learned, through hundreds of client engagements, what works for professional services — and what absolutely doesn't.

Along the way, we built our own social media management platform. Not a prototype or a side project — a production system serving over 400 companies, handling more than 100,000 requests daily. We designed publishing pipelines, multi-network scheduling, and analytics dashboards. We know social media infrastructure from the inside out because we built it ourselves.
